Rates & Payment

What are your session rates?

Therapy is $195 per 45-minute session. Coaching runs on a retainer: $1,250 per month for four sessions, or $4,900 per quarter for twelve sessions. Group cohorts are priced separately — see the Groups page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cards, Venmo, Zelle, and similar.

Is there a difference in rate between therapy and coaching sessions?

Yes. Therapy is billed per session — $195 for 45 minutes, with 60-minute sessions also available on a per-session basis. Coaching is structured as a monthly or quarterly retainer, not per session.

What is the rate for the 12-Week Burnout Recovery Program, and is it priced differently than individual sessions?

The 12-week program is $4,900 — the same investment as the quarterly coaching retainer (twelve sessions). It is not priced like per-session therapy.

Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

I accept insurance for telehealth sessions in Georgia, and am private pay only in California.

Can I still use my out-of-network benefits?

If your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, I provide a superbill after each paid session for you to submit for possible reimbursement. What your insurer pays is between you and them — I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Why private pay?

Private pay keeps the work focused on you, not on what an insurer will authorize. You get direct access, flexible scheduling, and clinical work that is not squeezed into an insurance template.

Cancellation & Scheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 36 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel late — same day or within that 36-hour window — you won't be charged if you reschedule and the new session takes place within 48 hours of the cancellation. After that window, the full session fee applies.

What happens if I miss a session without notice?

The full session fee applies. If you reach out the same day, I'll do my best to find a time within 48 hours so you don't lose it.

How far in advance can I book sessions?

Same-day booking is available when there's an opening, but scheduling at least a week ahead is preferred.

Format & Frequency

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Most ongoing work is by secure video. If in-person sessions are available for your location, we confirm that in the consultation.

How long is a session?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

How often should we meet?

Weekly is the default when something acute needs attention. Coaching and stable therapy often move to every other week once the work has momentum. We set the rhythm based on what your system can sustain — not a generic template.

Can I do therapy and coaching at the same time?

Sometimes. More often, people start in one door and move when the work shifts. The consultation is where we decide what fits right now.

Getting Started

How do I begin?

Request a consultation through the contact form. Tell me what you are navigating and whether you are considering therapy, coaching, the 12-week program, or groups.

What happens in the consultation?

We talk for 30 minutes about what is happening, what kind of support you want, and whether I am the right person for it. You leave with a clear next step — schedule, waitlist, or a direct referral elsewhere.

How soon can we start after that?

If we both agree to work together, I offer the next available slot. Same-day booking is possible when there is an opening; I prefer scheduling at least a week ahead when we can.

Is there a waitlist?

Sometimes. If timing does not line up, I tell you honestly and offer alternatives when I have them.

Still have questions?
