Repeated communication breakdowns with a partner, child, or loved one rarely reflect a lack of care. They reflect patterned, automatic responses that feel impossible to interrupt — despite knowing exactly what is happening. This cohort is a practical, guided training space designed to move you from recognition into repeatable behavioral change: learning to express needs more clearly, navigate emotional intensity without escalation, and repair connection after rupture. The work is active, not reflective. Insight is the starting point, not the destination.
